Prayer Walk Hangout

Prayer Walk Hangout

Ikeja City Mall, Lagos, Nigeria

time 7:00 am

April 20, 2019

The Kingdom Influencers Network is having its 1st outreach event on April 20th, it’s a PRAYER WALK at Ikeja, Lagos State.

The “WHY” behind the event is because the Bible tells us to pray for our Jerusalem that it may be well with us.

Psalm 122:6 – Pray for the peace in Jerusalem. May all who love this city prosper.

Jeremiah 29: 7 - Seek the prosperity of the city to which I have sent you as exiles. Pray to the LORD on its behalf, for if it prospers, you too will prosper.

In a time when the country is unstable, news of killings abound and a new political regime is underway, our country needs us to stand in the gap more than ever before.

Isaiah 6: 8 Then I heard the Lord asking, "Whom should I send as a messenger to this people? Who will go for us?" I said, "Here I am. Send me."

Matthew 18: 19 "I also tell you this: If two of you agree here on earth concerning anything you ask, my Father in heaven will do it for you.

Luke 10:1 After this the Lord appointed seventy-two others and sent them two by two ahead of him to every town and place where he was about to go.

You can complain about the country or you can decide to do something about it by raising a banner in prayer. The choice is yours!

History is riddled with people who prayed down revivals, changes in governments, reform in national policy and so forth. This is not the time to fold hands and lay back nonchalantly. As a child of God, you are not helpless against the wiles of the enemy, we are to stand and resist him boldly.

The theme of the event is “FIT TO PRAY” and with this theme we are saying boldly;

  1. I am alive so I am #fittopray (1Thess 5:17)
  2. I have a relationship with God so I am #fittopray (2 Chronicles 7:14)
  3. I have authority to pray so I am #fittopray (John 14:13, Matthew 28:18-19)
  4. I am commanded to pray so I am #fittopray (Matthew 28:19, 1 Timothy 2: 1- 2, Ephesians 6:18)
  5. I believe God can do all things so I am #fittopray (Luke 1:37)

If any of these 5 statements resonates with you, you need to be at this event!

The event holds on the 20th of April, 2019 between 7am to 8am (1 hour).

Our meetup point is Ikeja ICM, Pedestrian Entrance. You can park inside the mall at a charge of N200/hour

Dress Code for the event is Jeans and White T-Shirt
