Thanks for your interest in serving The K.I.N. It is our pleasure to have you in our community. The process of working in any department in The K.I.N is very straightforward and easy to accomplish. After you register your interest, we’d contact you privately and begin the process. We’d take you through a 3 months preparation process that involves a leader’s training and internship in the respective department. After successfully completing the process, you become a member in the workforce at The K.I.N
